Author Guidelines

For initial article submissions, the submission of PDFs is unrestricted.

Final submissions must be in LaTeX format using the journal’s LaTeX style file.

References should be formatted using the natbib package with \setcitestyle{round} and \bibliographystyle{plainnat}.
